| Description | Hi Kerwin The BT speaker does not output sound when audio Mute. However, in v15.530.2, audio is being output from BT speaker when audio Mute. Test step is : 1) Connect the BT speaker to the STB ( pairing ) 2) Check that the audio is normally outputted from the BT speaker. 3) Press the mute button on the RCU. 4) The mute icon is displayed on the screen. 5) Audio should not be outputted from BT speakers. However, audio is being output at v15.530.2 So we checked the version. v15.524.10 ( no problem ) v15.524.10b ( no problem ) v15.524.10d ( no problem ) v15.524.10g ( problem ) <== please check it v15.524.10l ( problem ) v15.530.2 ( problem ) Please check what patch causes this issue. Hi Mr.Jung, I tested this issue with below fw. It works well. v15.524.10d => ok! v15.524.10e => ok! v15.524.10f => ok! v15.524.10g => ok! v15.524.10l => ok! v15.530.3 => ok! Could you confirm this issue again? |

Dear Bcan Yeh, I tested again today, the result is strange. v15.530.3 -> OK v15.524.10g -> FAIL(Audio is outputted when mute status) I guess that some behavior affect this issue so could you please test again below procedure? 1. Not paired RCU 2. adb push update.zip /cache/ 3. adb shell 4. echo "--update_package=/cache/update.zip" > /cache/recovery/command 5. reboot recovery 6. After update, unpair BT speaker 7. Pair BT Speaker 8. Go to Live channel and press mute of RCU. 9. Check audio output of BT speaker |

Hi Mr.Kim, Below are my test steps and results. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 0. Use RCU without pairing =>v15.524.10d 1. Update fw v15.524.10d with image (burning tool) 2. Pair BT Speaker 3. Go to Youtube and press mute of RCU. 4. Check audio output of BT speaker ----------> ok! =>v15.524.10g 5. insert usb disk with fw v15.524.10g 6. cp update.zip /cache/ 7. echo "--update_package=/cache/update.zip" > /cache/recovery/command 8. remove usb disk and reboot recovery 9. After update, unpair BT speaker 10. Pair BT Speaker 11. Go to Youtube and press mute of RCU. 12. Check audio output of BT speaker ----------> ok! =>v15.524.10l 13. insert usb disk with fw v15.524.10l 14. cp update.zip /cache/ 15. echo "--update_package=/cache/update.zip" > /cache/recovery/command 16. remove usb disk and reboot recovery 17. Dear Bcan Yeh, I just tested it, and there is no issue on YouTube. Only live channels are having issues. Please test on the live channel. |

HI Becan I checked this issue additionally with SPTEK. The cause of this issue was a bug created by SPTEK. it was solved as follows : ( bitbucket git log ) frameworks/base changed from e009199a6d1ff6e68446923fe7ec0dcc78949cff to BFX-AT100_5.3.0 [+] ed5cada9a83 Fix RCU mute control when BT connected I will close this issue.
